An analysis of the Halcon Innovation Fund report as of 31 December 2024 reveals that the majority of its loan receivables \u2014 approximately \u20ac78 million<\/strong> in what are presumably “live” funds, likely raised through the sale of fund units to investors \u2014 were issued to a network of Cypriot companies. These companies share a common administrative structure centered around GIF MANAGEMENT LIMITED<\/strong> as corporate secretary and, in most cases, \u03a6\u03a9\u03a4\u039f\u03a5\u039b\u0391 \u03a3\u0391\u0392\u0392\u0391 (Fotoula Savva)<\/strong> as director.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GIF MANAGEMENT LIMITED<\/strong> is part of the GIF Capital<\/strong> group, a licensed provider of trust and corporate services in Cyprus. According to the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), the parent company GIF Capital Limited<\/strong> (HE321507) holds License Reg. Number 136\/196, authorizing it to provide administrative services, including the management or directing of trusts and the management of companies . The group describes its clientele as consisting of global businesses, entrepreneurs, and ultra high net worth families .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
